    Gang,
I took this photo some years ago south of Turino, in Bella Italia. Anybody any idea from what it came? ...and - is it a Ferrari (I can`t see the badge on the nose nor can I see the pressed position for it in the metall!)??? Please forgive me my little knowledge about Ferrari.

    Ciao!

It looks incredibly close to a Maserati A6GCS Pininfarina doesn't it!

Is it for sure, it's the 0254MM.

I've never seen that kind of a hole on the right side of the car on a 250MM.

Only 0310MM has a hole but a vertical en smaller one on both sides of the car.

The period picture of 0254MM is one of the left side en there is no hole.

Agree with you Walter : 250 MM PF berlinetta is very nice but a Maserati A6GCS PF is more beautiful !!

The louvered bonnet leaning up against it looks like a fiberglass front clip for a replica Jaguar C Type?

A white 250MM sold a few years ago at the Bonham auction in Monterey for a really low number. A steal IMO. It was one loud car.

Looks like to the ex-factory PF berlinetta that was sold to Gerino Gerini (0292/MM Pf job 11194, later renumbered 0352/MM).
If yes, this car had been raced by Gerini, later exported in South America and never reappeared since...

Well.. Finally, I wonder if the b/w pic doesn't show 0252/MM Pf job 11188 in 1953 after all...

    It would be more logical.o_O

I think "Farina" meant that this is 0270MM.
