bought my car from Chris and FoCNJ. They are the best!
1. FTW "For The Win." An enthusiastic emphasis to the end of a comment, message, or post. Sometimes genuine, but often sarcastic. Originated from the game show Hollywood Squares where the result of the player's response is expected to win the game. Bob: Your 1up t-shirt rocks Sally: 1up t-shirts ftw. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=ftw
+1 with the folks over at FoCNJ. I have bought cars from FoLI and have had a good experience with them (a Luigi fan over in service), but have since been working with FoCNJ because of the great professionalism and welcome that they have shown me. Chris Miele, Joe and Tom have been great to work with and are always straight up about everything. Big Up's to the players at FoCNJ!
Mike, there are people here in Westchester who have gone elsewhere previously, went to Chris and I can say with relative certainty, they won't go anywhere else. Worth the Schlep!
Guys i know i started this thread but if we make them to popular i wont be able to get any cars lol! just kidding the more business they get the better for all of us because the service will just get stronger. The bottom line is sales for them i hope others ferrari enthusiasts from the near buy cities that don't have a ferrari dealer near them will go to them its worth the trip.
Well said and really THE point - When it comes to the auto business, greatness, respect, top service and civility is part of a dealership's DNA - The Entire Ferrari of Central New Jersey Team is awesome - from the moment you walk in the door or call on the phone, you are the highest priority. That runs from the receptionist, to Chris, to Tom, to Nelson, to the entire service department. At every level of engagement - intro, sale, orientation, service, trade-in, etc. they are top notch. Others may try, but life is too short - these folks have sustainable credibility - meaning they don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk - and have been doing so for many years. This is the Jewel of the The Penske Automotive Organization and for good reason.
its just amazing how many of us depend on relationships. Some times business need to lose business to remember what made them successful and i am glad we all share the same views about consumer relations. Now that we have given FoCNJ a nice ego lets figure out what the next challenge will be.
Question for you guys...can a dealer from another State sell you a new F car if there is an authorized dealer in your State (assume it's within a reasonable radius to your residence)?
I bought a F430 from Chris...top of the line treatment. I dealt with service as well and couldn't be more pleased. Nelson is top notch as well...true professionals.
