Autoart makes the Diablo VT Roadster in black and red and yellow. I would know I've been trying to find one for a while as it's a Holy Grail for me

I use baby wipes... (try to get most of the soap out) but they work perfect and wont hurt the plastic, then go over it again with a soft cloth to avoid scratching it.
I do avoid the logo's and chrome when I use them though.

Oh and so far they have not hurt any of the plastic windshields either.

I use Griot's Garage Speed Shine and a microfiber cloth. For the more delicate parts I simply use a dry paint brush.

Same here, all in display cases!

But if they do, I use what I think is called Favor (like Pledge). It is a waxless polish, safe, and no streaks.

Diecasts won't rust, they will corode if you would put them in your dishwasher(chlorine), but I wouldn't recommend that treatment (lol).
    Diecast are made from ZAMAC.

Have only 2 diecasts, never cleaned them (sealed displaycase) as goes for the handbuilts. Display the models sealed from dust. A nice cabinet is expensive, but in the end it pays off.

Case is nice but when you get near 100 diecast a case is expensive, mine set out on a shelf for years, every once in a while I use a good soft feather duster, no problem.

I occasionally display a model or 2 out in the open for a while, so I have to dust them before putting them back in the displays. I use one of those makeup brushes that women use to brush stuff on their cheeks. They have a large surface area, and the bristles are very soft, so delicate pieces don't get ripped off of the models. Keep the dust from building up, and you won't need any cleaners, waxes, etc.

A can of compressed air is good too, if you keep them all out in the open and not in display cases.

I clean all my models once a month. I clean it with a make-up brush. It works really well. Next to that use a really soft cotton to get the fingerprints of the cars. For me it definitelly works!!
