With the Tubi exhaust on my 308 Ear plugs are a must between 3500 - 4000 rpms but it sounds great especially when the 308 is wound up.

Cars like yours (a very fine example might I add) make it difficult for me to decide. Im caught between a nice 308QV like yours or a 348TB. After seeing yours, the scales tipped back to the 308. Sweet sweet ride man!

Thanks Ken:) the 348 is not a bad car at all but for the 308QV is much more manageable, very reliable, still retain the classic looks, and doesn't requires an engine out for Timing belt change, and not to mention QV's are cheaper too. Although the 348 has more power, but for me it's not all about who has more HP. Personally I love the style of the 308's. You really can't go wrong with a QV.

Originally, I wanted another 308 and maybe install a supercharger from Forza (for better throttle response and to scare the local 355 guys!). Then a buddy of mine drove up to show me his 348, instantly rekindled an old flame! I've owned both before and I definitely want another F-Car now. Im just torn between a 308 and a 348. I'd love to get both (my wife would kill me) and hold off on the less important stuff like the house, the business and the kids college funds. You know, minor stuff. :D

Seriously though, I might just look for an injected 308. Doesn't matter if its a 2V or a QV. I'd modify it anyways and use it on a daily basis. Thanks for reminding me about the service thing, that's the one thing I forgot to factor in!

Beautiful Car!!!!!!!!!! I agree with the 308 rather than the 348. The 308 will stand out more and turn more heads and is much cheaper to maintain. Enjoy!

Eventhough my 308 is as fresh as day one, but that's not enough to tailing the Elise even... But by itself the 308 is as fun as it can be...

How much did you lower the 308 and what components did you go with? It looks like it handles much better now, eh!?

Yes, handling is incredible now! Went with the QA-1's, 325/300 springs F/R, 225/45/16x245/50/16 Yoko's, and lowered about 2" in front. 1.5" in rear. It is too low in front for most topes(speedbumps) and drainage dips, but it sure is fun! Next on list is the skidplate for the front. Have to be careful with alignment as it is near the limit for camber adjustment and toe at the rear with the slightly taller than stock tires. A better combo would be 225/50 fronts and 245/45 rears to more closely replicate stock tire sizes; when these wear out I'll try it!
