For those of you that use deodorant, how many is enough? How many is TOO many (i.e. leaving excess white residue on your shirt). They don't tell you in the instructions damnit. I say 6-8 is ideal. What say you? Note: Back and forth would count as two.

Hmmm. Never thought of that one, and you don't mind using it again the next day under your arms?

+1 on 2 under each arm.

Where's a moderator to delete an absolutely worthless thread when you need them? Talk about a waste of F-chat bandwidth.

I predict my day based on this.

I have no control on the number of strokes. It just happens til it feels right. I count and predict.

    Really.

If it is 10 strokes per side, a calm stressless day is expected.

15 strokes per side is usual.

20 strokes will take care of a difficult day ex: operation like a radical prostatectomy.

Not really, just smart enough to know a waste of space when I see it. This thread has no real constructive purpose, no humor, no automotive content;....nothing of any real value. Might as well start a thread on which way to turn rub a pencil eraser,......back and forth, or forth and back.

This should be a public poll. I'd like to see how many strokes everyone uses.

2-3 with Deodorant Crystal - 1 stick will last 5 years or more even if it's dropped too many times. Everything else is watered down, overpriced, messy, scented [unscented is just dank] nastiness.

But, for indispensable advice on hygiene, herewith is UroTrash's [and mine] favorite quote, ever, with pics included.

ok - what works best? do anti-persperents really keep you from prespiring?

*one note it always good to throw out t-shirts after about 6 wears regadless of bleach/cleaner. They always hold bacteria that negates anti-p's

I swipe down then up towards front, then repeat in middle then repeat towards back.

Previous stick was some type of Adidas Sport Stick by Mennen. Lasted 3 1/2 years doing it twice a day.

I currently have Ultra Dry Degree for Men. I like it.

Ditto on the Crystal stick. I think I've bought 2 over the past 10 years. For whatever reason, I can seem to convince anyone else that this is the way to go. I can't believe anyone spends a dime on any other deoderant..

Where's the option for "none, I don't use deodorant?" Soap and water works just fine. Non-deodorant soap, too.

Don't wear cologne either. I've lost track of how many times women have told me "you smell great, what are you wearing?" Uh, more than I'm about to be, I guess!

What a great scam: advertisers telling us we stink and shouldn't smell like we do, "so buy this and smell like something else." Ever looked at the ingredients on deodorant? Aluminum. The same stuff that has been linked to Alzheimer's. Maybe it's perfectly safe to smear it on your body every day, but I'll stick with natural, thanks.
