    Last time I heard Kirk Kerkorian still called Los Angeles home. I think he might have Mr. Bren beat by a good margine.

    Only beats Bren by $5 Bil or so, and whats a few Bil betwen friends;):D

    Besides last I knew of Bren lived in O.C but of course he probably does have a residence in the LA area as well.

    My rankings were adjusted for a crappy RE market- Bren and Broad might have been strong in '04-'06 but Kerkorian has held steady for quite a while.

    That being said.. I don't think this thread is about what we think it is. :D

    Maybe it was 'the richest Real Estate mogul in Los Angeles'.
