    Nice to hear man. I started social smoking at 12 and by 20 had enough, I can't stand the taste of it or the second hand smell.

    I was inspired by this thread, it has now been 6 days since my last smoke. I have not used any aids just threw out my pack of smokes, I have not even had the urge to smoke. Yesterday at the track was a challenge for me though, plenty of people around me smoking, but I stayed true to my word and now I feel stronger for it.

    Thank you Chris for the inspiration, my girl friend wants to thank you also.

    smoking is a pretty retarded and irrational concept.. not that you no longer have that..

    buy a gun.. it will fill the irrational/retarded void the lack of smoking has created.

    I still haven't touched a cigarette, had a weak moment in the weekend, but managed to resist temptation.

    I have taken up chewing gum, no real need to substitute, I just like the taste.....

    I think a big WELL DONE to all of us who are quitting or cutting down. :D

    It’s been a month today that I gave up smoking, strangely I thought I would miss it, but to tell you the truth I don’t even notice. I now consider myself a non smoker, it’s nice to be able to say that.

    How you getting on Chris?

    I have planed my reward, I am going to line my garage where the 355 parks and set it up nicely with posters and hopefully a Ferrari sign, nice lighting etc.
