    [you'd need big tower with an insane amount of RAM to handle images that size too, but even that would only be a fraction of the cost of the camera]

    What do you think the 2.8 version of that lens costs....Hubble territory no doubt!!!!

    I have a nikon 2.8 300mm...with 2 doublers on it I am at 1200mm and a f 11.2...all for under 3g's
    problem is you can only shoot sun spots at 11.2

    I've used Hasselblads (500CM, 500ELM) for many years. The quality is phenomenal, a bit clumsy to use.

    haha.. the physical size of a 1200mm f/2.8 would be ridiculous.
