My garage is dehumidified using this:

It has a hose to drain through a hole in the garage wall directly outdoors. The bucket would fill in an hour otherwise. Continuous drainage is needed in a unit that really works. I had it for 8 years now and still looks as new. This unit will work in cold weather, not possible in homeowner-type units.

One of my clients has the drive in bubble for his F355. While the blower only costs approx 20 cents per day to run, this is not a climate controled envorement. It will not protect from the rising temperatures in the garage. It does provide increased protection from scratches, or door dings. Recently I have noticed a film on the glass, and plastic window foging and believe this may be from hydrocarbon fumes inside the bubble (grease or gasoline vapors). If this is accurate, this can cause issues with the leather and equipment.
Haas's recommendation would be the greater product to look in too, or a similiar system. More upfront and a better product coupled with the protection in the long run. In addition to protecting more than one vehicle vs. one bubble per car.
