    Happy Leap Year.
    Question for all of you, if your birthday is February 29th, do you celebrate it on the 28th or the 1st. Also do you only gain a year in age every 4 years?

    I celebrate on the 28th.

    Technically, I just turned 28. But I've always wondered if, legally, I'm 7?:D

    On my 21st birthday, there was no Leap Year. So I went to go buy beer on the 28th and they wouldn't sell it to me. They said I had to come back on March 1st. I argued that I was born before March 1st. No luck. I waited so long to legally buy alcohol, now I had to wait one more day.

    had a bud who was born on the 29th. his mom always said his birthday was on the 60th day of the year.
