It's the same garage. I have three large garage spaces and the cars are rotated around for ease of use when it's their turn to go out.
Incredibly nice collection. Did you happen to purchase that gorgeous Aston Martin DB4GT in Arizona in 2007? Only 75 standard GT4's exist. And only 6 were built to factory lightweight specs such as yours is one of them. Brilliant and rare piece.
How many cars do you actually have in your collection? I'm still in aww of how impressive your collection is. So well rounded.
I understand and agree with your motivation. These cars are meant to be driven . Do you like the Daytona Coupe ? That would be an easy fix . Is a SWB on your list ? It would go well along the DB4GT ..
I THINK the F40 is sold correct? I saw pics on another board of a newly purchased F40 that looks just like yours. If that was yours, must have been hard to part with. But you made another guy very happy!
Based on that description, I'm going to guess that I saw that car in it's Azzuro paint job at Ferrari of Dallas a few years back. I probably even have some pictures. It was gorgeous in that color. Didn't FoHouston return it to the factory Rosso Corsa?
Alex were you out in Laguna Beach in the 275 on Sunday (3/2)? I saw a gorgeous bumperless 275 on PCH.
The car is in Arizona, being prepped for a car show literally on the other side of the planet in 4 weeks. It is being picked up on the weekend.
You know what's nice about this thread? Here's a guy who has a fantastic collection of cars, has started a semi tongue-in-cheek thread about spring cleaning the garage to show us a truly amazing set of wheels ... and no-one has accused him of not being what or who he says he is, everyone has shown genuine appreciation or asked genuine questions, all of which have been answered in a perfectly straight-forward, friendly manner. What a refreshing change ... on some forums this would have turned into a mud-slinging contest by now. I salute you and your outstanding taste in cars Sir
burriana Alex's personage and cars are known by serveral members on here, and he has been here for so many years, that we all know that his genuine. He has earned his respect here. Some young kid or newcomer comes on here and posts a pic of a garage with 10 ferraris in it claiming its his own, that gets people riled up.
Very nice to see. Too often it happens that those of us who wish we could be there don't get a chance to see things like this, and for the owner to be down to earth about it makes my heart warm right up.... Course it could have been warmed by the quickness of the beating after seeing the pictures...
any chance we could see some more photos of 410 Ferrari? just saw a few photos and my god is that thing amazing to look at!!! if you don't need to answer no need to,but what is the market value on them, and am i right in thinking that there were only a handfull made?
Cars like the 410 are "priceless"! Please.....don't talk about money or values here. Just enjoy the beauty, and the fact Alex is sharing them! Can't wait to see what car will be added in the future! Alex, I really appreciate the fact you are sharing your cars, keep driving them. It must be amazing, driving a car like the 275 or 410SA on an early sundaymorning, while the rest of the world is still asleep. Hans
i love the way the 410 looks, hence why i asked for more pictures as it's stunning, and apologies if i offended anyone by asking the cost of the car
Hey Jerry! Glad to see you haven't gone anywhere during my sabatical from Ferrari ... TR's still looking good, about time I gave it a spell back as my desktop pic I think
Gentleman, first post here and I just had to comment. Absolutely stunning collection of vehicles and I also must salute you in your candor. At this point I can only dream of such a collection but someday hope to make it a reality. Well done!! Cheers, Don
Of all of the (publicly displayed) collections on FChat, this is my favorite. Every car in here has a spot in my dream garage. If anything, I would only add a vintage Ferrari racer, like 0650 MDTR (currently for sale... ). Peter
