......but Baron Bomburst, the ruler of Vulgaria set the children free, just before the rescue operation was to take place.

According to my Encyclopedia Britannica, Vulgaria is the ancient home of Vlad the Hurler, the most disgusting ruler of the Balkens. His eating habits and associated bodily functions caused the neighboring country of Pristinavania to refer to their neighbors as being Vulgar, a word that has transcended the ages to contemporaty English. Sadly, the Pristinavanians disappeared suddenly in 598 BC .. the Vulgarians ate them. Vlad died of an acute hairball in 595 BC.

Only the few of us that saw it in it's original form (for the second time) would have known that, Tom.

But you acted so fast - and deleted the previous thread too .... (I was impressed, really ;) )

Just one question. Why doesn't it show: Last edited by Wax: 03/03/08 at whatever PM. ?

Or, can you (as a Mod.) choose to hide that ?

Normally, no - I was surprised, too - nevertheless, here's how that happened...

Because the chance of someone replying to the thread as-is was still there if I reopened it normally before editing - I sort of reopened the thread - to edit - but all other permissions were turned off [0, 0, 0] - meaning the thread was technically still in limbo, as no one could post or quote to the still-closed thread.

After editing, noticed mod notes did not display on the public level.

Then, after the thread was opened "properly" - notes still don't show.

There's another SPAM thread I just "PDX'ed" - [the "chat" one] - it was open, I edited it - and mod edit notes show as it usually does.
