Yeah, I noticed that one too. I think it is listed at $92k or something. I would not want a salvage title at that price, even though it looks really good in the pictures. The pictures of that salvage car look the same as a car that is being offered in Hawaii for $129k or so, it seems strange to me. There is a really nice TDF / tan 360 offered by sportscarcompany I think with a BIN of $99k, so it may be had for $95k or so. Also, on a side note there is a no reserve auction for an awesome 360 spider red/tan about 5k miles with daytona seats, manual 6 speed, 3 piece forged wheels, etc... at about $126k with two days left. My guess is that it will go to a shill bidder before the owner would let it go for less than $150k or so. BT
While I'm in no position currently to purchase a 360, I've been looking hard at that salvage... It's beautiful and the seller has quite a few pics that are presenting it well. I know beauty is only skin deep with a car in an accident, but I am having a hard time finding panels that don't line up... or maybe i've not looked hard enough.
Do you have a link to that listing? I can't seem to find where a salvage title is mentioned on any of the eBay auctions that might fit this car.

Oh, I got ya. I misread and thought you meant there was a salvage 360 red/tan spider up. That's a pretty car. I love Pozzi blue. When I pull the triggger it's going to that or Giallo.
Before you go there, check these two ads against each other. Hard to believe the same car and background can belong in Texas and Hawaii at the same time. the first picture is from the first ad, the second one is from the second ad... http://autos.yahoo.com/used-cars/ferrari-360_modena-pictures-cars135673791;_ylt=Arf.1cAiPtv7RG2abx9FDXWtao54;_ylv=3?geo=true&location=Honolulu,%20HI%2096813&listingtype=used&model=360_modena&make=ferrari&distance=50&picstart=1 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1999-Ferrari-360-Modena-Rare-6-speed-Rare-color-LOOK_W0QQitemZ110224347401QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item110224347401 Seems like a scammer has put some decent bait out there.... Yeah I'm thinkin that 75K is way too low, I was considering low 80's before I had it serviced, so now I'm pretty firm on the 90K. I acctually had a guy up to 84K but he was waiting on financing. Then I took it in and did the extra services (originally I ws only going to do the Belt + Fuilds then I though I might keep it so I did everything to bring it current) My price is firm because people who looked at the car in person offered mid to low 80's and now I'm tacking on the services. (not the whole cost) I think it's fair becuase these are the things someone would probably do after purchasing a car like this just to be safe and worry free.
