    If your as lucky as this guy; yes! LOL.

    We had a discussion about the importance of excercise in my health class in college. My health professor had a phD in the human body or something like that. He went to a seminar where a well respected doctor was saying he'd rather do everything that's "bad" for you and excercise, than eat healthy and not excercise. No on could argue against his point.

    Lucky guy!

    Doesn't explain why healhty (yes, exercising) people die in their 40's.

    My grandfather lived to be 100... went out while smoking & drinking Jack.
