We've had record cold and snow in our little town. Ferraris have been sleeping for over 100 days and I have not even gotten to drive a 3 pedal car in the meantime. Tuesday we finally had a nice day with a high of 50, so I got the 328 out for a spin. I took these shots while warming up. The mountain in the backround is 14,196 foot Mt Princeton. The car started and ran flawlessly BTW. A great lift for my spirits.

Wow - that first shot is just heavenly. Even though you can't drive all year round, it's a worthwhile tradeoff when you have the priviledge of driving in an environment like that! You got me jonesing for a trip to Vermont once the thaw hits.......

What he said!!! I used to live in the Rockies, and loved it. Now I live in the sunshine, and love it. But every now and then I really miss the majestic scenery...

Great photos! You are lucky to have some great weather to take it out today. I'm just waiting for some nice rain to wash all the sand and salt off our roads. Until then, I just have to admire mine in the garage.

    Best regards,
    Dino

Glad you can wake up over the hill. Here in Vail there is white stuff and gravel on the path. Still sleeping.

    Wow great shots ,
reminds me of a when I lived in the great white north. I took my GT4 out on a day that looked like yours. I am cruzing through some little new england town when I see another car approaching fast. As it got closer it was a Lambo espada doing the same thing I was. We pulled over & had a chat before going on our way.

    Almost missing the winter snow.......almost

    Beautiful photos.

Find happiness in the snow with a snowmobile. :) I know I would.
I play hard all year long.. if it doesn't have four wheels, it has a track and two skis. :D

    Hi Dave,

Nice pics of a nice car. We've nearly the same (mine is 1988,5 red/black GTB).
I saw in your profile that you had a lot of 3x8 in the past, including a 1985 308 QV (I love this car).
Which of your 3x8 was your favourite ?
    And 328 : which do you prefer GTB or GTS ???? (old question but I don't imagine what a poll would give: preferred 50 % GTB / 50 % GTS or 30 % GTB / 70 % GTS ?...).

Enjoy the spring and summer rides before next hibernation...

100 days without a Ferrari :( ... I guess that's one reason to put up with California.

My current 328 is the favorite. Took 18 months to find. I've owned it 6+ years now and plan to keep it until I'm dead. B's rule. Also have a 430 but I chose to take the 328 out first. Maybe there's a message there?

    Best,
    Dave

Jon- I was born and raised in CA. Was great 20-30 years ago. The crowds and expense are too problematic now. Springtime driving in the twisties here or in Moab makes the wait worth it.
