    HELP!!

    im trying to trace the owner of a red 308 GTS turbo that has not moved anywhere in 16 years its covered in dust & not been touched since then any idea of how i could go about it??

    i know the car is on a Milan number plate thats it....

    any advice would be good

    I don't know how it is over there but here in the US the DMV and/or the local police can trace the car by giving the VIN# or the license plate#

    Or you can ask the surrounding neighbors. Also you can ask the local authority to open the car and look at the registration papers, if it has one.
