she loves Ferrari's, brought me an FXX elite and 288GTO elite for my birthday, she said they had to be the elite because the detail is far better, she knows her Ferrari's too..........but she is not in the passenger seat of mine now is she.

 

Managed a 40km drive, top down and exhaust singing, such a good time............didn't help like i thought it would, i miss her more now i think.

Key looks great though!

Thank you Roberto! I agree that the Ferrari will certainly help the healing, i just spent 30 odd minutes looking at her (my 355) what a stunning car, my dream is real!

I also agree on the being dumped male ego thing, you are quite right, we are wired in a practical way but for some reason these things effect us on a level i can't even begin to understand, this would not have been the case if it was me who broke it off. As you say, time will heal.

You speak the truth Goth, if it was possible I would say lets go for a drink, my shout. I’m getting better now I think, I have arranged to meet up with her tonight and talk everything over, and this will give me some closure and allow me to move on freely.

I know a nice young lady who i will ask out for some dinner, one step at a time.

 

Yeah, my friend couldn't decide between domex or flax stickers, so he got them both, i like his style! The guy in the photo above however, well lets just say he has a passion for Ferrari that has got the better of his judgement.....

Well, i went out with the ex tonight, prior to picking her up i stopped by and grabbed some nibbles and cold drinks and some flowers, i picked her up and we went to a park that over looks the city, it was a nice setting. I have to say, tonight could not have gone better, we are not getting back together, but we will remain best friends, this suits me perfectly, and is perfect for her also. I am 100x happier since our chat, i will now continue on knowing that i still have my best friend and that we can move forward in this new chapter and see where we end up, its all quite exciting now.

I would like to extend a heart felt THANK YOU to every one here for there caring comments and best wishes, i have been a sad sack of ..... for the past few days, but as Goth said, James is back-look out!

 

Thanks mate, she is a cool girl, we were friends for years before we got together, this is the reason it’s not working for her and she wants us as friends again, perfect for me. Now I’m free to look and try when I like.

Today is a great day here in sunny NZ, we have perfect blue skys and 0 wind, sounds like a good day to get the car out and go for a drive, will have to be after work, but ill make it happen.
