lookin good! I'm still waiting for pics of the brushed ones. BTW, the 355 was built from 1995 to 1999, not 1996 to 2000 you say you can do custom stuff? can you do the 348 logo next to Ferrari and center the whole thing? This may help, its very rough, but maybe you can vectorize it... Image Unavailable, Please Login
I sure would like to see what the brushed looks like 1st, but for $110-$115... go ahead and put me on the group list.
I'd say that as soon as you can at least come up with an image of what the logo will look like and a detailed description, post a group buy thread... I dont think 10+ buyers will be a problem.
Steve, Maybe you are trippin' (I don't know about you guys in Vegas), but you're also correct.... the posts are all gone... Kinda strange since he was only responding to questions asked...I guess the F-Chat police got him...probably Intellectual Property Rights Infringement... Mike in Kuwait
yes i'm not allowed to advertise here. Unless i become a sponsor. I'm not even allowed to post my link to my website. They also made me change my screen name
Stick all the info and stuff on the 348 owners site, in this section http://www.theferrari348.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=104
So, no group buy, and now, no web site either (car stuffed off line). . . . . Is this guy interested in making some bucks or not R
I ordered a set from Jamie (great guy by the way !) Here are some pictures taken today. I know I have some rust creeping through and my sills in general need a good cleanup, but the brushed steel looks great. The quality is very good, clearly Jamie takes pride in his work. Jamie has them in stock, they shipped within a couple of days of me placing the order. I ordered them from http://www.carztuff.com paid by paypal and within I think 3 or 4 days they showed up here in California. I had a slight issue with mine, I think the border customs guys opened up the package to check the contents (probably just random luck of the draw) and managed to scratch them slightly (I think they used a box cutter to open the box !!!!!). They managed to cut through the protective covering and down to the metal which left some surface scratches on them. I let Jamie know and without hesitation he offered to replace them free of charge, I declined and said I could live with it and he then offered a refund, which I also declined and suggested maybe he offer a discount to another 348 / 355 brother here instead, maybe to the first guy who posts a picture of their existing door sill or something. He's not a board sponsor here and is worried that this idea would violate the rules and certainly doesn't want to upset anyone. Rules is rules I guess, but it would have been fun nonetheless. The sills look great. It's a good strong piece of steel, I think the price is also very good. I have no affiliation with Jamie other than being a happy customer.
Thank God, there's no end to the train load of stuff that we can buy for our cars - right, Brent And I've got something for ya too Cheers, Hank
