The front end paint work isn't an issue unless it's Earl Scheib'd, or hiding a wreck. Rock chips are a common cause of repaints (finicky owners). No records at all??? It might be mechanically sound (get it inspected), but your resale value will be hurt.
Too much money. ginsuguy has a thread asking aboout 348 prices. Seems that he has one with 15k and a major just completed ... if he's selling - that would be the better buy. Plus the Ferrari logo on the grill is abnormally large : )
