    Don't even live in NY anymore, but this was such an irritation when I had the 308 that I signed it anyway.

    That is pretty sad considering there's only 3600 signatures. I guess the majority of people don't care :p

    Yeah I noticed the same thing when I signed it and there was only 3,100.... Let's keep trying though!
