Searched the archives regarding 355 ignition wires and noted many satisfied owners using Kingsborne Ignition wires. A couple of questions.
In use and installation. Are the wires comparable in quality and appearance to stock?
    What is the cost?
    Thanks.

The look almost exactly like stock, cost is around $230 or $250 plus shipping.

    Here are the similarities:

    1) 7mm wire
    2) Same Beru connectors on each end
    3) Same wire lengths

    Differences

    1) Use updated Beru spark plug ends which now have four water tight seals, the original wire sets had one seal.
    2) Wire is not Beru, but some other (unmarked brand) so does not have Beru markings, or the printed cylinder numbers on each wire. In place of that, they install individual wire numbers near the coil end of each wire, it is a sort of heat shrink tubing (in black) with a white imprinted numeral.

Unless you studied the oem versus the Kingsborne, you would never know the difference.

The Kingsborn wires have a lifetime guarantee, which is nice. That's what I use at the moment. The general appearance matches OEM reasonably well.

Just be sure to put your dielectric grease on the **ceramic** portion of your spark plugs (never on any metal, anywhere).

Put them in my 355 on last engine out. This should be another mandatory replacement during a major. Why would you change plugs and not wires???

Thanks guys, I will order a set. Recent overheating cat was diagnosed as a bad #7 wire. Resistance checked fine static but SD2 found failure under use. $150.00 for 1 Ferrari OEM wire! Figure if 1 failed others are to follow.

The wires get baked inside the cam covers, as previously mentioned, they should be replaced every major to avoid troubles. Make sure to order new paper gaskets and foam blocks for the ends of the cam covers. Ricambi has them.

    Lol. :):)

What I actually meant was, how are they guaranteed for life??

From falling apart?? From failing?? That IS a big claim to fame man!! :):)

Plug leads fail all the time. Over time they get hard/brittle and fail. Especially this style with the long hard plastic stems that goes into the head. They always usually crack and engine misses occur. :):)

If they are covered against ALL of that, then count me in. Ill get some also!! :D:D

I put them in my 355 last year. They look as close to original as you can get and seem to run great.

My 355 set was just over $200+ a few weeks ago, picked up a clutch alignment tool too for $10 from them. It's molded plastic, not great but should do the trick...

ok so, whats the significant difference between the 348 & 355 wires? why are those shmucks charging almost $500 more for the 348 wires than the 355 wires??? Do the 348 wires come with a 20-pack of Bud Light, all hand delivered to my door by Jennifer Aniston... naked?? :D

If it was Sam Adams with Jennifer Aniston then I may consider them even though I don't own a 348 anymore :)
