Congrats!! These are fun cars. Shake her up good before turning her into the mechanic so that you can tell him what you've felt...and it'll feel good.

Yes congrats on your purchase.....I agree with Bullfighter....remove the shields...the 328 does not need it. I would take off the one on the rear as well just above the "328" plate.....

I thought that a major might be upcoming :) I just bought my 328 with 43k miles and it needed to go right into the shop for its major. Luckily, as with your car, a PPI came out very favorably and this is all it needs at this point. Again, congrats!!

VERY NICE INDEED! Enjoy your drives. The Shields are ok. But they are too low on the fender. Are they Glued on?

Very nice.. wow. I love these things. Although the shields do look a bit low, I say just drive it fast enough that they peel off.. :)

I thought that the Euro versions didn't have the side marker lights on the front and back quarters?

His car's been federalized, Gene. It retains the Euro dot markers.

Congratulations, ducowti! Drive it in good health.

Thanks all :D It sounds so sweet w.the Tubi :cool

And right, this car conforms; that's the official speak for 'meets DOT and/or EPA regs' - at least for imported cars. Those side markers (reflectors) are attached pretty well, correct? IE can't be removed easily or w.out (ack! )exposing a mounting hole?

You guys with rubberbands driving your cams on Ducati's are nuts! You know what happens when those rubberbands break?!? Cams are meant to be driven with shafts!!

(Ummm, you know on bikes, not necessarily on cars. They're fine on cars. Or so I hear.)

    Really.

That I wrench my Ducs (belts, valves, etc) gives me great confidence or at least optimism that I'll be able to do them on my 328 as well. Now then, think I can get a class I hitch set up on the 328? I'll need something to pull the 916 to the track ;0

Nice GT btw! (assuming it's in good shape of course :)

Well, if this is turning into Duc-chat anyway, yes, it is in pretty good shape! But now you have to post a pic of yours!
Strangely enough I have a Volvo, and I see one in your pictures as well. If your wife drives an Outback this will get creepy...

    No Outbacks - phew!

That's a beautiful looking GT! I don't have a pic w.all three Ducs in a row (thank you, I'm here all week :D ) but here's probably the most interesting of the three (01 ST4, 92 750SS, 96 916) with track skins on...
