    It's simple. You can't go fast enough to need a SLOW DOWN light in a vette! ;)

    There are no timing belts in a corvette. There is a timing chain that can be replaced well after 100,000 miles or at rebuild. No slow down light as well. Frankly, they are close to 0 maintenance other than oil changes.

    Thanks. my dealer told me I had to change it every one thousand miles or my warranty would be voided. You've saved me a bundle. I'll buy you a brewski next time I'm in Sheboygan. ;)
