LOVE the hot girl w/ the UZI in front of the Porsche! If I had the hot girl I could hook her up w/ an MP5 and a few 928's for some pics! James

996 Turbo with 997 rims, it's been for sale for $189,900 for a year and a bit... pity really. Here's 2 of my favourite pictures I've taken of it.... If you want them in 1024x768, shoot me a PM with your email address. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Agree w/ the post above. The car was $50k less than that NEW! Adding a front lip and 997 wheels is clearly NOT worth $50k, some would say that it actually takes away from the value! It does look good, but even at $89k it would need to be PERFECT! Lucky for me these cars have not held value very well so in a few years I may well be able to add one to the collection... I need to get a 400i and a 456 first though! Those shots from the NASA event were great! James Austin, TX
I have actually seen a few 996TT's in teh $45K range. That is a lot of car for the money, and if I had the money to spend, that would be at the top of my list.
WOW! That is DIRT CHEAP! Are you sure they were TT's? I have seen some regular 996's in the $40k range (even into the mid/high $30k range) but I have not seen a TT below $65k... James

Heck of a shop there! WOW! I LOVE that blue GTA car up on the lift! Just my color! For what it cost to build up my 928 I could almost have bought a wrung out but strong Cup Car. Of course it would not have a transmission I could use and they way the cage is built I can't even get in the things, but I would LOVE to have a Cup Car. All the guys I know that drive them say they are just SO EASY to drive fast it is unreal! Wish I could try one out! Oh, well. There are no 928's quite like mine, and I LOVE being a bit different! A good friend of mine went there today... and I'm VERY envious! Darek Bell.... a personal Hero of mine was there, just mingling with everybody for hours.... if only Michigan wasn't so far away. Thanks for the photos

The lip or whole outer rim of those wheels is supposed to be silver...not polished normally but certainly not the same color as the centers, but other than that I like it! I considered painting my race car that color actually! If I had a blue road car the color of my race car I would repaint the race car bright (signal, is what they called it for 928's) Green!
