    David did go on 1 of your events, it was the Pocono 1 last summer that ended there. He would have been in a blue 355 Spider.

    if you are doing this for a charity tell you can get a deduction on your taxes. all the charity needs to do is send everyone a receipt thay must know this. as long as the check is written to the charity directly. buy the way let me know who its for i forgot and i will make a donation to it with the fee like $500.00

    Exotics Rally for the registration fee.

    I've worked with 3-4 different charity organizations and only 1 of them so far has been consistent with the receipts.
    Problem is some people don't fill out their complete information in the application, some can't be read, some don't write their names etc..etc. So when I'm compiling a list after the event to send to the charity organization for the receipts to be sent, I go through many that are just not doable.

    I've taken steps to minimize this, and hopefully the collected information will be more accurate and complete this time around.


    Here's a current list I have, let me know if you don't find yourself in it.
    Cut off date for registration for this event is April 6th!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Anyway, great to see everyone signed up, Hovik has been working very hard for ER setting everything up, we are in the final stages and this event will be another one to remember....

    Hovik & I are very pleased with the response and the nice comments in this thread, thank you to our supporters. Our company is a 'for profit' one with a very small margin. Our business model enables us to keep the events at a high standard while still donating a considerable amount to the chosen chairty. As stated, all participants who clearly fill out their registration form will receive a tax deductible receipt for the percentage of their fee that is forwarded.

    Thank you again to all who participated in Turkey Run 2007, we only promise to have the best events available......

    So for whatever reason my cpu or your system didn't allow the submission even though I hit the submit button 2-3 times and I guess I am SOL. Guess there was nothing that could have been done to accompany me.
