    The look like brake pad retaining brackets for the brake calipers. The bolts that secure them to the calipers will be SAE sized 1/4-20 or 1/4-28.
    Don't know that I have seen that kind on a Ferrari.

    The Lobo-headed bolts are 10mm x 1.25 thread pitch, so they are probably caliper mounting bolts.

    Thanks Brian. What purpose do they serve you think? Are they like dust covers? Are these superfluous parts that are unessential to the functioning of the brakes? Thank you.
