Just wondered if the scuderia tcu could be fitted to a regular 430 F1 to improve shift time or are the gearboxes/operating pressures different?

No, the gearbox, actuator and operation are totally different. The actuator in the Scuderia moves diagonally between many gears not engaging nuetral as in a conventional shift pattern. The current 430 still moves in an H pattern as a conventional box. A total rework of the actuator and the operation of the system was done and major upgrades to the internals of the gearbox mainly in the shift forks.
