    They are good but they dont seem to have that quality and taste they did 30yr's ago, maybe it's just me though? Anyway I appologize to the OP for getting OT so I'm still looking for a place to get that bad arse pizza I spoke of?

    Wow! This brought a flashback from like 8 years ago!
    I went to a nice restaurant in Dubai and ordered a pizza with nothing but cheese and spinach on it (with some herbs I believe).
    BEST THING EVER!

    actually, now I'll try to recreate it with the dough recipe posted :D

    I had maybe the best pizza ever to date on a secluded beach in Tambor, CR, made by a New York transplant who ran a fishing charter for one of the hotels there.

    Post Corner Pizza in Darien, CT is delicious!!! Get a large fully loaded with everything except mushrooms and anchovies (I'm not a fan of either of those toppings), and you'll agree that it is absolutely delicious :D :D
