my dealer is not sure about the difference between contrasting stitching and special contrasting stitching, it seems like the size is larger or the design ?
any photos or input will be appriciated.

Well I'll be honest I can't see any difference or more to the point I've not seen one that is different! if it is I think the STC2 is a tighter/ smaller stitch, my new 599 arrives next Friday and has STC2 so I do a comparison for you then if that helps?

My dealer told me that the special stitching includes another thread, i.e. is slightly thicker. He also said that the difference to normal stitching is hardly visible. Hope that helps.

If Ferrari charges extra for this "special stitching", then it's pretty much daylight robbery.

Sadly, there will always be someone so rich that he just doesn't care the extra cost.
