How much do those Cohibas go for? Went to a local Cigar shop and they told be I can have em for $25 each and $20 each if I bought the whole case.
I am willing to send out one of the following Rocky Patel Decade Griffins XXIII Limited Partigas 160 someone give me an address and lets quit talking and take action.
Ill take your offer.. Partigas 160 pls.. Scott Williams 1121 Broadway ave BG KY 42104 Do you want one of mine in return?? Or should I pass to the next guy?
Yes, In Nashville they do.. I have noticed different in different states must have different regulations. Georgia Costcos don't have Cigars, besides Phillies.. Tennessee doesn't have a big wine selection but Georgia's Costcos have the Motherload wine collection.. Go figure..
I would like to offer a swap to all interested tifosi, and cigar lovers I believe I have a interesting selection, and have interest in swapping for some I have not tried yet (saves me from having to purchase a box) Pictured are the Cohiba Siglo III, Bolivar petite coronas, Partagas Series D#4 and Series D#1 Limited Ed 2004 along with a host of others that may or may not be available in your locale. Looking for a Cohiba Siglo V, VI, Especiale or double corona 2004. Partagas Lusitiania or just about anything someone thinks is a really good smoke I don't have or have tried. This has the potential to be one of the best threads on Ferrari chat (that's not about the cars themselves) so lets kick it up a notch Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yeah, how does that work? The first guy to send out a cigar doesn't get one as the person receiving passes one onto the next new person right? I'd throw my name in the pot but I don't have any cigars right now. I usually buy one and smoke it
To get this ball rolling, I'll send out five to five replies no questions asked! I'm sure we've all been drinking before? One guy buys the first round, someone else picks up the next (a few shots in here and there) "Some of the best things in life are only that, if you can share them with someone" WHO'S FIRST......
Ok so... how a pass works. 1) Someone Organizes a Pass and 2) Gets a list of people and addresses 3) That Someone takes a box of Cigars. anywhere from 20-40 or so, That initial person supplies all of the cigars, and 4) Mails the box to the first person on the list who 5) Takes out a few cigars that he wants to try and puts in an equal number of his own to replace the ones he took, he then 6) Mails the box to the second person on the list who 7) Rinse wash and repeat steps 5 and 6 till 8) The last person on the list mails the box back to the organizer of the pass who 9) Takes a look at all the cool new cigars he got in exchange for the ones he sent out. As you can see the content of the box changes as it gets passed around and by the time it gets back to the original person it likely will have none of the starting cigars left in it. In this way people get to try ones they've not had before. I'd probably throw in some Tatuajes because they're great sticks and limited availability in parts of the US. Someone else might throw in a RP Decade because its a damn good cigar. Etc... I'm only keeping 10-15 sticks in my humidor at a time right now, else-wise I'd be willing to start it off. Basically someone with a decent chunk of sticks who doesn't mind being 20-40 shy for a while is the person who can start a pass. Also I only made this post to try and get a free stick off Kerns
That sounds good but I think its a little too complicated.. and the original guy is out of his cigars for too long. One bad guy and there would be a box full gone.. Lets simplify it a little. How about Get one Send 2.. One to the guy that sent you one and one to the next guy on the list, that will keep the pass going...That way if we get a ******* it won't matter much.. How about that?
Alright I take the first two replies as interested parties. PM an address and what you would like to try, and throw me back a favorite. It's that easy! Now I know that it can't possibly be that hard to quickly say I'll take spots 3,4, or 5 guys or gals. There are some truly great smokes here to swap and share. 1) Williws 2) Aureus 3) 4) 5)
Kerns I am in Also I am more then willing to do a box and send it around if someone wants to organize it...I have four or five boxes sitting right now so I can live without them for a month or whatever.
Thanks again Sean.. What a treat!! That Cohiba Sig III was smooth and rich. I love it.. Now I have to go to Cuba I guess.. As per Sean's kind request, My 2 Native Dominican Rep. Cigars(R & J and Monte Cristo)will be passed to someone here.. Next person that wants to join the pass, PM me and they will be yours.. Pay it forward Thanks again Sean for getting the ball rolling.. I had a few camera phone pics taken (by other people) of me while driving the 360 smoking that Cigar. I'd like to find one and post it here.
My fifth and final slot has been filled by a request from Asian 1118 Your cigar will go out in the mail tomorrow. My only request to those I forwarded a cigar too, is to do the same. Get a name and address from a member and "Pass one on!"
