I just purchased a set of speedline wheels- 17" with tires. Tried to put them on the 328. The original bolts fit into the wheel recesses but the standard tire iron does not fit into the recess. Any one with experience regarding either a thinner walled tire iron (or socket) or do I have to purchase new bolts? If so, where do I purchase them? Many thanks for any information.

You need a new set of bolts with smaller heads.

Or you can get a set of thin wall deep sockets to fit. This is a simple trick. You'll nee to carry a breaker bar and short extension and the socket. 1/2" will do.

This place has the smaller bolts and their also chromed so they have a nice finish/appearance. You'll also save a couple pounds of weight!

    $99 for a set of 20
    14x1.5
Then just tell them the length you need.
