What was your first Ferrari sit / rode / drove ?

Drove: 87 328 GTS. It was mine. Paid for sight unseen, and the first Ferrari I'd ever driven. I've only driven one other, a 355 coupe.

I've since ridden in an 86 TR, other 328's, 348 ts, 355 coupe and spider, 360 coupe.

 

My only Ferrari experience other than seeing them on the
street or pictures is my current 328 GTS that I've had for
all of 2 months (and LOVE to drive I might add!)

Sat in and rode in: the 308 GTS that later became the Monster Garage Pasta Machine. No lie.

First one I drove: 87 328 GTS. Mine. AFTER I signed the paperwork.

 

My first Ferrari ride was approximately 1.5 months and 1 month ago respectively, by none other than our very own Frefan.

My first ride was in the 360 Challenge Stradale. Loved it. Loved the sound, the feel of the car (I didn't drive) and the way the car handled. 10/10.

The second ride was in his 575M. What a beast the car is. Totally different animals but both have their own rights on their own play fields. The 575M is more of a long-distance/daily driver, being much more comfortable and spacious. The 575M actually felt a bit quicker from 60-130ish than the Challenge, much more Torque.

I can't wait for any other future Ferrari rides and of course when I get my own. Just need to keep working hard and make my dreams a reality.

Those were all the same car and that's the car I ended up buying. 328 GTS is the only model of Ferrari I've ever sat in, rode in, or driven.

Sat in: Sometime in the early to mid 70's in a 365 (one of my Gramps' many F-Cars)
Rode in: June or July 1977 in a '77 308GTB (my father's) and in a '77 308GT4 (my uncle's)
Drove: October 19, 1990/91 in a '78 308GTS (my 1st F-Car)

The 308's will always have a special place in my heart!!! Besides, whats not to love!?

Then purchased it 2 weeks after

First seat and drive at the same time. Got talking to a guy with a 355 Spider, Rosso with crema interior - the perfect combo' - and we went for a spin down the backroads, roof down of course!

First drive was with a mate who has shares in a supercar club. He had a 360 Spider for the day and asked me if I wanted to drive it! There was only one answer! It was only a few minutes driving round a huge carpark, but great fun!

Luckily I've had plenty of rides in some stunning supercars both on road and track, but the drives list as yet stands at one. Hopefully the future will bring plenty more

The 1st Fcar I ever sat in and drove was in the mid 60's and yes, I bought the car! I was 20-21 years old and it was a 330 GT 2+2.

 

I first sat and rode in a 2001 Pozzi 550 Maranello, 125149, with Cuoio leather; 28 March 2003. The first Ferrari I ever drove was a 1987 3.2 Mondial Cabriolet, 69645, red with black leather. That same day, I also drove a 1999 F355 Spider, 115721, red with tan leather; Saturday, 12 July 2003.

 

3 years ago I sat in a 308gts , a beautiful blue color and a month later bought my 85'qv red/tan, it's been a great experience. I never drove one before buying mine.

 

First time I was 16 at Ultimate Motor Works in Orlando, it was a 308GTS I drove it for about 10 minutes.

NEVER got into a Ferrari again until,
1st Drove: 81 GTSi in 2007 (AFTER .... I bought it )

 

There are some who would say that I haven't driven a "real" Ferrari yet. (A pre-Fiat V12.)

 

I just bought an 07 430 F1 last month and had never even sat in any Ferrari much less drove one.
Bought it from Scottsdale Lotus in AZ and got to sit in it when they delivered it a week later
My wife says i am nuts but she loves it now.
