Finding and getting a new 599 makes you the envy of many. Perfect colors here to! If a 599 turned up but with the early standard steel brakes instead of carbon; would that be a deal breaker for anyone? Are carbon brakes the only way to go if you spring for a pre 2008 599?

Gorgeous car. I think you made a terrific trade and I love the color.

I debated about the 599 a very long time and ultimately decided that I am not a Ferrari front engine guy. However, recently I informed my dealer I wanted the 149. The retractable top and performance on par with the 430 peaked my interest.

You would not go wrong with awesome F599 GTB Fiorano. She got her V12 engine directly from Enzo supercar.

I have a good friend who is very fortunate to own a nice collection of exotic cars including F599, CS, Maserarti Gransport coupe, 40th ann. Murcielargo, Gallardo Spyder, 996GT2, MTM RS4, and GT-R R35 in his big stable. Besides the Japanese streetracer, F599 is the one he driving most often. He said he can daily drive this car with no hesitate in any kinds of traffic conditions. Her torque is enormous., and so comfy when cruising hard.

You got the best choice, Jas! Enjoy her in great health!!

Great choice, great car and excellent trade up. If you love driving you will be the happiest guy. The 599 is the consumate exotic. It does everything so very well, from dawdling in urban traffic to blasting through the twisties at the top of the rev range, all the while looking stunning and carrying your golf clubs in the trunk. This is automotive Nirvana. Welcome to the club!

 

Beautiful car, and you won't regret it. Use it hard and in health. I grin a lot to myself when I walk away from mine. Really complete car.

 

Its a must for F1 fans who living in this region too. Hope I will be there also.
