As I am new to the board and just bought my first Ferrari please forgive my ignorance. Before buying my car I did tons of research and read every article I could find about what people were going thru in regards to wait time as well as what people were paying for the car. But I am wondering what the real story is. As I see it the first new Ferrari you buy you will be paying a premium of 20-30% over msrp. In a couple of years you sell the car back to the dealer (how much below msrp does the dealer pay for a 2 yr old car with 3k miles on it?) and then you buy your next Ferrari at msrp. Is this the way the game is played? Are many people paying msrp for their first F430? If so how long was the wait? Any sharing of your experience would be greatly appreciated or if there is a thread that already covered this please let me know. This seems like a great board with a lot of really nice helpful people on it. I have already learned a lot about my new car. Here is a picture of the car when i picked it up.

    Thanks
