The website pictures of pedal options are out of context so I'm having a bit of a time deciding which finish on the pedals I like for my 328 - anti-slip (w.out inserts) in frosted or shiny. Are the shiny pedals like chrome shiny? I think I'm leaning twds the frosted. Anyone have pics of their installations handy? Also wondering if the inserts make a difference so any insight is appreciated, thanks.

I have the plain version. No finish, no inserts... My feet feel solid on the pedals, though if you track/race your car then I'd think about the inserts.
They are insanely easy to install.

No inserts on the throttle (so my foot can slide).

Inserts on the clutch & brake so my foot will not slide off.

IMHO a great easy to install upgrade for any Fcar.

Nothing on the throttle? Wow! You're one of the ones that "gets it"! :) (as you obviously realize they designed it smooth for a reason)

Clutch and brake pedal.... hmmmm.... never had my foot slip off of either and never heard such a complaint from anyone else. Rubber sole shoes on rubber pedal covers gives a pretty good coeffecient of friction.

Upgrade? Not IMO. Not right or wrong just fashion/trend.
