With all due respect, he has only won at the tracks that he normally wins at, he probably will win at Interlagos, and that will be it for the year. But, lets give him the benefit of the doubt and see what he does at Monaco.

Not nearly as funny as the guy who claims he loves Ferrari so much he will no longer support the team if they hire a driver he doesn't like...

Well last year Massa did it better than Kimi in Monaco and Canada, well before the black flag lead KR at Indy get the pole in France and Brazil qualify better at Monza and Sepang so let see what happen this year and see wich one of our drivers were the WDC for the next season.

    Forza Ferrari!

    This coming from someone who
-Hates MS the best driver in the history of F1 and the guy who brought our team back to the front
-Backed the McCheater team at every turn last year and even blamed Ferrari for loosing the Docs
-claimed that the McCheater team gained no real advantage with all the stolen info.
-Agrees with some that say Ferrari were cheating with the flexi floor even though they were legal at the time
-Thinks Massa is a mid pack or worse driver despite keeping Ferrari in contention last year while Kimi got used to the new car and has now won more races than G.V.
-Who will actually bet thousands against a Ferrari driver. How someone can do this I cant even begin to imagine.
-Who wants to see one of the most team destructive drivers drive for his "favourite" team.
-who never shows up here after the race with positive comments on his "favourite" team after they win.

There are a couple more major things you have said against Ferrari but I cant remember them right now. If that sounds like a real Tifoso then the earth is spinning clockwise and the sun must be rising in the west.
And you are right I cannot and will not support any team (including Ferrari) who would hire such and egocentric, loudmouth, team and fanclub bashing idiot like Alonso. As I have said before...Many of us who love Ferrari will not stoop so low as to back them while selling their souls.....In other words I have some morals I live by...I know thats a tough concept for a few in here but its what I live by.

    $5,000, $5,001, $5,002, $5,003 ........... how's Fred going ? $5,004, $5,005, ...

Massa drove brilliantly, so did Hamilton, Kimi was probably settling for a good points due to his mental state regarding the front wing (would be hard to press extra hard when you can't be sure of the state of the wing - following all the problems he had with McL)

There was some good racing further down the list which made it an enjoyable race

Don't drag me down with you, different situations. And I know this is against your philosophy, but let's be complete and accurate here: its not just a driver that I just dislike. I respect Alonso as a driver. It stops there. This is a driver that was caught red handed using plans stolen from the Ferrari. Only when backed into a corner with a threat of sanctions was this admitted by him. As an employer, I would not hire someone I know that willingly and knowingly used stolen documents from my company to further their immediate program. I would and could not trust someone like this. If you can, go for it, I find this to be wrong.

If Ferrari choses this type of person, that tells me that all that matters to Ferrari is winning, how its done is not relevant. I EASILY chose not support that type of team. Yes, this leaves me out of F1, unless I start to cheer for Red Bull. If this is the direction of the sport, its time for me to start liking the IRL again. At least they have Danica. And I have Audi in the ALMS.

But I have a feeling this is a moot subject, the possibility of Alonso at Ferrari is somewhere between slim and none. Domenicali would have to be into S&M to want to have Kimi and Fernando on the same team. Italians are into three ways, but not so much S&M. The only way it could happen is if Kimi walks in 2009. Which I now fear is a real possibility.

I agree. And now I am beginning to think he has a real chance to do this. Five races, no points in the first two, now suddenly 7 points behind first and tied for second. With the walking God Hamilton. Not bad, not bad at all.

But his detractors will have some sort of excuse as to why Felipe would win the championship. Doesn't matter.

Sure he could have some problems, but I have a feeling.......

My biggest concern? And I hear is also that of some people on the team, if Massa wins the 2008 WDC, Kimi will likely walk in 2009, opening the door for the possibility of Alonso at the Scuderia.

Like Mr. Bill said, "oooh noooo!"

I think Kimi will quit if he can score his 2nd WDC in a row just like Mika did.

I believe he's under contract through 2009. If he wins at least one more WDC I think he will quit as well. I really hope he doesn't but we'll just have to wait and see. He'll only be 30 when his contract is up I don't see why Ferrari wouldn't throw a boatload of cash at him to drive for another 2-3 years. I think he's making something like 20 million lbs a year right now why give that up!?
