Is it possible to replace the timing belt pulley oil retainers, in a 328, without engine off ?

    More clarification please.

Oil retainer ... do you mean oil seals?
Timing belt pulley ... the lower ones (drive) or the upper ones (cam shaft)?

The lower ones, the oil retainer should be behind the bearing.

    Thanks

Yes, it is possible after you remove the drive pulley.
