    Ron,

it is a superbly balanced car, solid in cornering, fantastic brakes....and the lightweight flywheel and clutch result in an extremely free revving engine to 8400rpm. Simply put, the GT3RS is supremely competent.

Recently, EVO compared the cgt, gt3rs, 997 gt2, and 993 gt2......they picked the gt3rs (although this was partly due to the price difference)

I'm surprised someone is selling it.

Congrats. A F40, F50 & Carrera GT? I can't see how you can top that unless you somehow acquire a LP640, or better yet, a Zonda. :)

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You are going to love the F50 for years to come....heck you'll never get tired of it! That car is a timeless masterpiece :) As you can tell its my dream car (along with a Diablo GT). I've had the opportunity to experience being a passenger in a few F50's and it is the best experience anyone could ever have. As for exhaust....my friend has a Tubi setup with I *think* straight pipes. If you want I can get some information on his setup. Here is a link to some in car footage- http://videos.streetfire.net/video/Ferrari-F50-and-Enzo-just-playing-around-on-the-hi_42553.htm

Congrats on your new addition to an already quite healthy garage! I always liked the looks of the F50 more with the top on, but I've heard it's very claustrophobic feeling and tinny inside to drive with the hardtop installed. Have you left the top on or taken it off for driving?

Maybe you can achieve a sound similar to this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VPhPTE0MIwM

    Jas,

Congrats on your new car. I hope you get much enjoyment from her. The F50 is as close as you can come to driving a Ferrari race car that's legal for street use. I was very close to buying a Euro F50 a few months ago. Next year for sure. Please let us know if it holds a lot of similarity to the CGT.

I cant stop looking at the garage pic ! So perfect . How many miles does your new baby have ? Which driving experience do you prefer ? I did think the Gb in the F40 was notchy, even when warm. Does the F50 feels bigger and heavier than the F40 ?

Again, congrats ! That is a real driving nuts garage !

    Jas,

When you get a chance..could you take a pic of the 4 Ferraris parked in you garage without the beetle and the CGT :D ...It would look so good , they are all 4 red , have 4 tail lights ..a nice evolution of the species :D.

Great addition to your collection mate.

Never a fan of the F50 styling, but somehow your pics made me see the beauty of the F50 for the first time.
