Ok, lets assume that Ferrari actually answers my Color Certificate request on the owner's web site and I get the original paint code for the 1986 version of Rosso Corsa. If I buy the paint code sticker from ICP, where should I place it on the car? I've got an '86 Mondial 3.2 Cabrio. It looks like on the Mondial T's a lot of the decals were placed under the engine cover - but not so on the 3.2's I guess I'm looking for someone to tell me where to stick it. (How's that for opening yourself up for a joke?)

See the "identification particulars" in Section 1 of your OM -- has a figure showing the location.

I wish I could find a sticker (like the picture below) with my paint code "Rosso Corsa Fer 300" - with NO SLASH & #.

    Mine is totally gone.

    ICP only has 300/6 & 300/9 versions ($#@!?>$#@!).

Anybody know of another possible source.

    Hi Chairpilot.

I've a self made paint code sticker to be printed on a laser colour printer. The problem is the printing with a laser printer, because on the decal there are parts in white and parts on silver. So if you print on white plastic sheet, the border of the decal will be on white instead on glossy silver.
A solution will be print the decal on white plastic without the surrounding, and after attach the decal over a silver self adhesive foil, in order that the sticker border was glossy silver. Any suggestion?

P.S.: If you want the Photoshop image that I've generate, just PM me. Has the exact size to be printed on a laser home printer.

    Hi Mark!

I'd be glad to do a swap but you should be able to purchase the 300/6 version direct from ICP, no?

If you have a "plain" FER 300 maybe a photo of it and PM me what you want for it. If you cannot find a 300/6 at ICP then I'll try and track one down for you from here and we can then do the swap.

    Bob in Los Angeles.

That looks perfect Mark. I'll track down a 300/6 and let you know by PM what we should do next.
