After all this and "Your spouse will then let you go buy it", lol.

Really you missed a very important number, the one that says marry a rich woman or one with a very large income. In these times don't marry a housewife because that will be your biggest mistake ever.

Thanks for all the help maseratifan and a few others.

To everyone else, thanks for being a immature ****** bag. Grow up, you have everything you could want through hard work yet you lack the maturity to help someone who is listening. Pricks.

    Aaaaaand strike 2.

A little hazing is to be expected when you burst on the scene this way. Do you think we haven't answered this same question over and over again?

If you can slide that chip off your shoulder and settle in here as a true enthusiast (and not just a money grubber), you may be amazed at the opportunities that come your way. On the other hand, people tend to not help out those who call them pricks and douchbags.

    Just a thought.

Why is hazing expected, that is absolutely ridiculous. I searched and could hardly find any information about what people actually do, I am speaking of how they make the majority of there money, aka JOB.

I don't want to settle at this forum, unfortunately your first impression was that of joining a civic forum. I hope your first impression of me was someone who wanted to learn from the best but they were to stuck up to offer any assistance other than the fact that half Ferrari owners apparently deal drugs, paint M&M's and Skittles, and run whore houses for a living.

I haven't a chip on my shoulder just a wide open ear, I believe it is you and others that are the culprit in this situation. Go ahead and be polite, it would absolutely amaze me.

    G' day.

Actually my first impression of you was someone who is rude and whose parents never taught them manners,.. or you chose not to learn them.

Would you go to a nice restaraunt (menu handed to you, not read overhead above the counter), and walk up to a patron who had on a gold rolex and the first think out of your mouth is "how'd you make your money"?

    Manners.

To the contrary, ahead of hand I apologized for bluntness and I advised that they email me instead of posting it for all of F-Chat, but I have yet to recieve a single email from anybody who is willing to help. There is no other way to put it, other than, "Hey what the hell do you do?"

Apologizing for rudeness, makes it no less rude. Calling members D-Bags, only proves you are a mannerless little twit.

But would you not agree, that was directed at a *****? He apparently gathers bottles and cans and owns a 100k+ Ferrari, oh yes.

I know what is important in life, but I also WANT some things in life that aren't necessarily important to all people just me.

Success doesn't find anyone, that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Success is found only be the person who is ambitious and works extremely hard to get to where they are at.

Obviously it would be nice to do something I love, but it may not pay near what I want it do pay. So in essence, I will work my ass off, i am willing to hate my job, and to hate getting up every morning to go to it, without complaints.

Somebody close this thread and ban me, I wish not to continue argueing with anybody via internet. Thanks for all the help guys.

Dude we get those posts every week... Its hard to believe you didnt find any of the thousands during your search.

Having said that I will give you the benefit of the doubt.

Unfortunately you have shown you are not ready to run with the big dogs if your response to a little hazing is calling members 'pricks'.

Thats a shame because the people on this forum, once you prove yourself worthy, are INVALUABLE sources of information. Im 39 and pretty successful but I still learn something here EVERY DAY.

Your best bet is to apologize to everyone, accept your place on this forum, and hope the members forgive and forget...it HAS happened in the past.

    Best

I didn't come here to make friends or talk cars anunakki, I asked a simple question and not one person replied. And I swear to you, I searched THROUGHLY and couldn't find a thread related to what people do. And sure, I don't want to run with the big dogs, nor am I remotely ready in the slightest way to ever possibly conceive of running with the big dogs at this point in my life. Hell, I don't even know what running with the big dogs means.

So, here is my apology. I apologize for wanting to be graced with what you all do for a living that enable you to afford something so grand, I openly acknowledged that most of you have more than one source of income, and that it also takes a lot of lifestyle choices, and I still do acknowledge this fact. I apologize to each and every one of you, for you showed me kindness and was so helpful and in return I was a "*****." I honestly am truly sorry for inconveniencing you all.

    ROTFLMAO

You didnt come to make friends yet you want to ask personal questions ??

What do you THINK the people here do ??

Doctors, lawyers, engineers, etc and lots and lots of entrepreneurs with their own businesses. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure that out and doesnt require a thread.

I think I hear your mommy calling...

Stop referring to my mommy please. In fact both my parents are away on business for the next two weeks.

This thread is over and I apologized, and RMK thanks for the reading, I was searching something along the lines of jobs not affording, my bad.

And anunakki don't get me wrong, I knew I was asking a personal question. But I don't have time to make friends with and every one of you, I am sorry. I am sure I could have a lifetime to learn what you all could teach be but I don't have that much time =)

Thanks for that, it saved me from doing it.

<Sigh> I saw postcount=7 and thought "well at least it wasn't his first post", but then I looked through the thread and realized all seven posts were in this thread. Oh well- First post: What do you do for a living, Second post, likely: Here's a wooden F50. Isn't there a sticky somewhere titled "Read this before you post"?

And to defend myself a bit, I have looked at the threads and those people who answered generally do not own Ferrari's judging by their profile, nor do they actually put what they really do in the Occupation section of their public profile.

Really? You know what, I get paid Friday, I'm going to subscribe. I want you to personally direct me to some good reading if that wouldn't be to much to ask. And yes, I don't have a spare $15 in my account until Friday. I have work now gentlemen, It appears I am going to make a home in this forum, because if knowledge is power than you all are extremley knowledgable and powerful. Looking forward to speaking with you all in the near future and reading your business tactics.

Would god please close this thread so I can be saved from further ridicule. Anunakki has made it clear what I need to do to learn from you all, as opposed to all the others replies of dealing drugs, owning whore houses, etc. And Anunakki, I would like to thank you again personally, I appreciate that you would actually have a conversation with me and give me advise.

The question you have posed is quite complex and as many have pointed out, similar questions get asked on a regular basis. I believe you'd get more satisfaction searching threads and taking some of the more serious advice posted. I do think your skin should be a bit thicker regarding some of the less serious replies. There are a bunch of jokesters on this forum whose sense of humor you may actually come to appreciate with time. Don't take it all so personally. Profanity or name calling won't get you very far here.
