I'm good, getting ready for the London to Brigton Cycle this weekend and got two 10k's coming up. So spending a lot of my time training. Bit worried about the cycle actually, althougth i've been told its mostl downhill

Grudgingly... I'm gonna have to agree. (not quite a Club Scud plate, but not too shabby) Good luck. Pretty flat most the way but I'd be VERY impressed if you cycle all the way up Ditchling Beacon...... I get out of breath driving up it!!!

Na, made it all the way up. Although i think i may haved caved in if my Gym instructor and Spinning instructor hadn't made a point of following me up shouting at me to keep going. It was a lot harder than i thought it was going to be. Plus there are a ridiculous amount of people doing it, a lot of whom are not officially supposed to and just join in a mile down from the start (sae people who treat it as a pub crawl on bikes). Quite dangerous with so many people around, but they all get spread out, until the mammoth hill climb where every bunched up again. I've heard news that there was a fatality in the race, possibly two. I know a guy broke his neck, not sure how. But very sad news if true
One or two bits require your attention, but no penetration at all TBH, excellent stuff. Will ring you after the euro tour, might be good to get some before and after shots???? well done mate, no way I would attempt that. Yer rrse must be like a piece of raw meat at the end I'm guessing
