Thanks, it is fun. The nice thing about designing the houses in Scottsdale is that the budget rarely plays a large role in shaping what I am allowed to do. The opposite is true for designing homes in Florida.
I have a few houses on the boards right now that are very different. One is a modern / contemporary design, about 11,000 s.f. living area with a great men's club (some call it a 'man cave') that has a lower level daylight garage.
    :)

So you would not like a French modern building using some of Frank Lloyd Wright's ideas???

great architecte, famous for Gugenheim museum in New York.
the only French bluider i prefer, is Haussman. Paris change completly with the style Haussmann building the "Rue-mur" facades
For the rest i prefer authenticity.

I like the way that one room is open to the outside. Bill you want to design my home in Chihuahua?

I wanted to be an architect, Frank LW was my hero, I got accepted to the University of Cincinnati School of Architecture. At 16 my father offered me an apartment in Cincinnati when I graduated high school and started college, but I had to keep my Corvair. Or if I stayed home and went to the new state school in Dayton and studied business I could have a new 427 Corvette when I graduated high school.

    I am not an architect.

I also realized many years later he saved about $20,000.

But the Corvette was really fun.

Your house is better than some of those big places, your house has character. Very nice.
