Looks like "Loses" luck ran out. Too bad it took Kimi out of the lead for WDC. so Kimi had even worse luck. Sorry, I haven't read all of this. Is there "in-car" camera footage from Hamilton's car as he was exiting the pits? Is it totally beyond question that LH should have been able to see the red light as he approached, or is there any possibility that his view was blocked by Kubica's car?
What a crock of S$#@. After reading this I am willing to entertain the possibility of him ramming Raikonnen intentionally. It will be crazy if we see another Senna/Prost feud

He MAY have been trying to get to the open space to the left of Kimi and was going too fast to make it. I still have problems with him not saying that the accident was his fault. That's lack of character. I had expected more from him.
From the footage from inside his car it almost looks like no reaction from him 'till the last second. Almost as if he did it on purpose.

How was it going to be an easy victory when he was coming out of the pits BEHIND Kimi and Kubica. He lost those two spots in the pits.
Watching LH (in the last part of the video), I get the impression that his mind was far from the task at hand... as if he became aware of RK's presence at the last second -- swerved to avoid the crash... and--- what do you know!!! -- another car was sitting right next to RK! Not intentional (LH didn't even know Kimi was there) - just inexcusable.
Was he playing with the setup of the car on the steering wheel? It seems exiting the pit would be the "easiest" place to check everything over, as you expect it to be a straight forward pit exit?
Not if you're smart. KR and RK both took note of what Canada has held in the past and the black flags for Massa and a few years ago Montoya.
Although Hamilton should have been able to see the red light, the announcers also blamed the team for not reminding him of the possibility of a red light at the end of the pit lane.....
What can you say? The pressure was starting to be applied to Lewis, he had a good lead and then the safety car. He new Kimi was starting to lap faster, he'd sorted out turn 10. Lewis - another school boy error.
As Kimi said on the interview his "mistake" was completely different from Lewis. He lost control of the car at almost 200 MPH and still did a great job controlling it, he was unlucky that Monaco doesn't have any escape area and ended up hitting the car in front. Now Lewis mistake was stupid, he saw the cars stopped at a red light and hit them, he should simply pay attention. He should simply admit his mistake and apologize. That happened to Rubens at the beginning of the season, he drove out the pits while the red light was on. It happens but with Rubens there were no cars stopped in front of him.
OK, then whats Rosberg excuse, dont give out a onesided bashing, because it doesnt carry any weight as far as I'am concerned.
It also took 15 laps or so for Kimi to turn a lap quicker than Hami. That means Hami had his 8 second lead {whatever the exact amount was} and then kimi ran a faster lap gaining maybe 0.8 seconds at the most. Yeah, that's solid but he was still 7 seconds behind. As for the pitstop the team bungled that not Hami. I still say if the race went on Kimi would have pulled 2nd spot only.
