nice car. i looked at it when roy cats had it for sale. spoke to romeo - sounded like i top notch car. steve harris jumped on it when it was offered out on that highline auto dealer only auction site ($102K). you get both sets of wheels ?
Put lots of time in the car before you even think of switching off traction control Oh... and very sweet ride Gary!
Congratulations Gary, hope to see the car in person one of these days...if I ever makes it out to a local gathering that is.
If it is Rome's, I drove that car and it was a very nice ride!! I was duly impressed with how nimble and responsive the car was. The 575 modular wheels really add a nice touch. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Enjoy. I suspect that you will find your 550 to be more fun than the boxer; assuming you like to drive, which I assume you do. Imagine. The whim strikes and you say, "Let's go!" None of this, well, I gotta worry about this, I gotta worry about that. Just drive, dammit. Dale PS It is a torque slut, eh?
Nice car, wonderful color combination! Roy found you a great one, hats off to Cats Exotics "Power Search" that can locate most any car available. When Gary buys a new car for his birthday (this Friday), he really goes all out!
Thank you everyone for all the very nice comments! Yes, Rome was the previous owner. We talked about the car, he said I should buy it, so I DID! Don't have a ship date yet (should know tomorrow), but I imagine it will head out before the weekend and arrive here sometime next week.
Great pickup My 575 was one of my favorites. The torque and stability at high speeds was just really cool. It purred at 150
