Great race. I was particularly happy to see Ferrari's great performance in the GT2 class. Risi Competizione took home an awesome victory.

    Forza Ferrari.

'Tis a good day to be a Ferrari fan and an Audi fan, great race. The Pugs are impressive cars, would love to see them run in person. They should make the trip to Petite LeMans for some payback (since I'll be there :))

Puncture. Whew, looked scary inside the car.

Congrats Audi, Pescarolo, Astons and Ferrari.

Carol, you must be over the moon. Eight times good for Tom and McNish in there, too.

    Great race.

Fantastic!! Too bad Peugeot didn't fill the podium.

Ferraris dominating their class was really nice.

Terrific result in the GT2 class and of course my congratulations to my compatriots in the Van Merksteijn Porsche in LMP2. Car and drivers ran without fault during 24 hours!

Nice close safe race. Audi experience and weather adaptability takes the very deserving win, surprised the pretty Pugs had such a speed advantage AND lasted! RS Spyders from the U.S. would have been nice. AM-C6 battle always solid with the Saleen showing promise. Risi's year not ALL bad as it turns out, wish at least one 997 could have stirred the pot though....

absolutely right on about being elated - sent text msg to allan earlier - he was beaming - he won 10 yes ago in 911gt 1 class. Had lizards not had problems early on would have been fantastic battle with them - pitted together couple times awesome to see who would come out first.

Guiseppe told us he had unfinished business in france - now it's taken care of. It's 10:15 pm on tgv to airport. If you haven't been to le mans make plans for next year!

    Carol

White ferrari haf the khron driver door on their car - did anyone see that???

Being an Audi and Ferrari owner and a totally rabid enthusiast for both marques...I couldn't have wished for more! Now when I go to work tomorrow, I'll have to take both hats to wear!

I've been waiting for someone to come and beat the audi's and i was hoping that peugeot would do it, but they couldn't. I was also hoping euskadi would do better then last in their class!!! That car is just so sick!

The Euskadi car was only called up at the last minute due to another entry being disqualified at tech inspection (scrutineering). The team principals were quoted as saying it would be a miracle to do a lap in the untested, not yet completely assembled car. They did quite well, considering. It is a cool car.
