Okay - I'll be the sole dissenting voice here.

    I love red exteriors. (Three cars: 87 CRX, 92 Miata, 05 Mazda3).

I love red interiors (Custom ordered it on my '02 MR2 Spyder - silver/red).

    I love Ferraris (Have 1 - 86 328, yellow/brown).

    Now.

    Let's get to the point.

    This

    Thing

    Is

    Freaking

    DISTURBING!!!!

(Guess I don't care for red/red when I see it executed.)

Sodium valves are still in use today in modern cars. FWIW these Dinos are now 30+ plus years old. Stuff happens. Sure it would be nice to find one with a rebuilt engine, new paint, new leather, etc....But someone will have to pay for that....

Well its about time for me to pipe up since its my car that was listed on ebay so here are a few things to keep everyone straight and up to date best i can. By the way, I also am the owner of John F.'s former GT4 (dino blue) with now 15.5k miles :)

    1. - yes, cam belts and everything else it need but i need to look at the specifics
    2. - no sodium valves (hope i don't set everyone off again)
    3. - red on red - not for me but you would be surprised at how many people like it. its love or hate. the shame is that the leather is done really nicely...i almost had it dyed black but just wasn't worth it
    4. - yes it would take a bit to get it calif cert, probably less than 2k
    5. - yes it was stolen and restamped, all paperwork is in order and yes that definately reduces the price
    6. - I sold it on ebay the day before it closed out the sale. The 'buyer' who shall remain nameless to protect the not so innocent , made an offer, I accepted and he asked me to take it off sale before he sent the money. 3 days later he doesn't do the deal, says he can't get it insured and then doesn't return phone calls. Oh well, it wasn't meant to be but folks should be considerate of others. I will be by not mentioning his name :)

More about REDRED soon... I may not sell it after all as a couple of friends and me have an idea! more later....

Man, if I was in a position, I'd be interested. Just not there right now. It looks like a GREAT CAR, very seriously!

Sorry the buyer backed out. Hope it finds a good home.

I've seen (not ridden in) JF's GT4, it was very pretty, but last I heard, he moved on to a Mondial T. I know he really liked his GT4.
