Just wanted to know, how much would it take to fill up a tank with today's prices, and how much gas does a 360 or 430 usually gobble up? :p

If you have to ask those types of questions, you should not be in the market for a 360 or a 430. Maybe a Honda Civic?

I dont know that he said he was in the maket, but I agree your sentiment if you are down to looking at MPG on any exotic or even high end car then its not the focus of most people driving these type of cars.

I'm just a young adult with a few aspirations. Not in the market for anything in particular.

I'm anticipating owning a blue, Ferrari, 360 of my own in the future. That's all. Didn't think I'd get flak for the question, but I understand.

No Flak...just good natured fun!! :D

If you want Flak, talk to PAP.

Cheers and best of luck with your future F-car purchase, if you keep your mind set on it....it can and will happen.

As far as I'm concerned, you shouldn't worry about how much money in gas its gonna cost you to zip around in your Ferrari. All that matters is the pure enjoyment of driving it. If your passionate about Ferrari's and you keep pursuing the chance of owning one, then it'll happen for you. And when you do get it, the cost of gas will be the least of your worries. If it goes up to $10 a gallon, then I might have to consider stocking up on top ramen..hahahaha. But in any case, I hope you find the right F car that suits you. Best

First of all, welcome to Ferrari chat. Fill out your profile when you have a second there :)

Second, the 360 holds 24.7 gallons as I recall (with sort of a split gas tank setup and a cross pipe), but usually a full fill up is like 20 gallons when you hit the gas station. I personally only put 5 or 10 gallons in at a time, since I like having a little less weight in the car around town. Car gets about 13 MPG around town or so. Or the way I drive, about 10 MPG :) So based on current gas prices, you can do the math there.

Don't let these guys on here get on your case too much or give you too hard of a time.. besides, keep in mind most of them are driving F1's anyway and we all know real Ferraris have gated shifters :-D Doh! haha... where's my flack jacket?? :)

    either way, welcome! :)

all i know is the pump stops at $90 here, so I would say $90.

but like everyone else, gas is the least concern if your looking at a ferrari, might want to see how much a clutch / belt change is

The worst I've got out of a tank is about 180-200 miles. The best is 420+ miles on a trip to Montreal last year (certainly not going speed limit). Not bad!
Gas prices are 4.50 + for premium in the DC area. I'm spending close to $100 filling up. That's kind of bad!

not only do I never look/care, but I have no idea what gas mileage it gets....sorry, perhaps a Ferrari book will help.

I filled up yesterday and it ran me $112.00 for just over 25 gallons at $4.40 a gallon. I'm averaging around 8 to 8.5 miles to the gallon.

Must be the lead in my shoe or something..:D

Ditto....where's my flack jacket also. Back to the question, most of my trips are to and from my office and I get 12MPG and usually fill up hen the car needs 20 gallons and at $4.50 is around $90.

I do find it funny when people with their everyday driver car complain about gas, but when they go to buy fuel for themselves they don't hesitate to spend $10 on a martini or margarita. ;)

To fill up my F355 in Germany at the moment:

    80 liter x 1.60 Euro per liter x 1.60 Euro/$ = 205 US-$

Say: guys and enjoy your cheap gas.
