future new guy needs advice

When a car has sat on the market for ages only 2 types of people are likely to buy it. A newcomer who doesn't know the cars well or a dreamer who thinks he'll make gold out of straw. Neither is likely to be happy with their result.

I love rat's and want to build one when i get some spare time.

 

I bought my 348 in January, and had seen this car for sale last fall while I was looking. I know it's been on the market for quite a while, but I'm sure the dealer had it priced at upper $50k's last year on Autotrader, etc. If the dealer says he had it priced at $80k up until a few months ago, he's blowing smoke unless it was in a local newspaper or listed at $80k on his books. Not pertinent to your consideration of trading, other than I'd say they are still acting like used car salesmen, even if you know them. FYI...

While i agree wit your sentiments, i think its more like taking Carmen Electra home and finding she is untrimmed. It is after all a 348, these are nice enough cars, just not as refined and nice to look at () as a 355. (Trimmed and all)
