    I was viciously attacked and baddly bitten by a vicious 100lb.Rottwiler last Sunday in Marina Del Rey..am seeking a very agressive lawyler. I need a referral..thanks..Jacques

    Just wanted to offer a helping hand....


    1 - Did you call the police after the attack?
    2 - Was the owner of the dog cited by police?
    3 - did you followup on the police report and are they going to charge him with anything?
    4 - Did you take picutres of the injuries? (I will assume you have copies of all medical charges and costs)
    5 (** Does the owner of the dog have major financial assets or home owners coverage**). This makes a big difference, as a attorney will jump on this case if the dog owner is very wealthy.

    I don't know of any good layers, but hopefully someone on this board can recommend someone to you.

    I believe that I have found a VERY aggressive lawyer in re my dog bite..What a great forum we have in Ferrarichatland...Thanks again..Jacques
