My $15,500 oil change and the mechanic from hell

Hey Peter... What'z up? I thought this thread of yours had died... I'm surprised that you got some $$$ from Wayne. WOW! Now where is this scumbag is living & working.. "I meant screwing folks"? I'm a bit surprised Wayne wasn't floating in a river by now from all the people that he screwed. I wish I could get Wayne to pay for the spare tire that he stole from me just before he disappeared… which he had the nerve to come in my garage when I had my garage door open and then he opened my hood to take back the spare (new rim & tire) I made him replace when he sold my spare without me knowing about it which I heard all his lame excuses about why it was missing. I still haven’t been able to replace it… I can’t locate a 16” QV spare rim which is nearly impossible to fine, even on Ebay. Last Thursday, I went to Wayne’s old shop… next door is First Street Smog, which I had to get my Ferrari done. Jim the owner and I were talking about Wyane, and the two times I had to call the police for assistance to get Wayne to fix my car … I still hate going there.

 

I'd tell you where he lives and works, but in order to continue to collect on a judgement, it's helpful that the person stays alive

 

This is very sad and needs to caution other owners of same

all this guy has to do is go bankrupt and he doesen't have to pay u anymore

 

Wanna bet? There is something called fraud, and you can make that claim in bankruptcy court and then he'll never get rid of the debt, and with a federal judgment, can just move out of the state.

I think I am the first one that got took from Wayne in 1991-1993, there was so many others, you could have filed a class-action lawsuit from the 1st shop in San Ramon.

I just read your post. I wish I had know you in 2003. I would have gone to court with you. If you have a phone # I will call you, It will be a good one. You won't believe the story. I got took for about $50,000.00
